Related FAQs

  • Why is "Vgrid 10M Fault" displaying on the inverter screen?

    Cause of occurrence:

The voltage of the grid is outside the standard safety range.

    (1) User cables aging or overloaded, causing voltage instability and fluctuations.

    (2) Local grid instability during peak electricity consumption.

    Solution :

    (1) Replace the wiring harness or reduce load access to improve the stability of the user’s access voltage.

    (2) Ensure normal operation of the inverter by adjusting the output voltage range.

  • "Bus voltage Fault" on inverter screen.

    Cause of occurrence:

The bus voltage is above the standard set by the software.

    Solution:

    (1) To turn off the inverter, you should first switch off the DC and AC power sources, wait for 5 minutes, then connect them again and restart the inverter.

    (2) If still have an error message, check if the DC/AC voltage exceeds the parameter specification requirements. If it does, improve it promptly.

    (3) If the error persists, the hardware may be damaged. Please contact your installer or service provider.
